Yes. Free does not time out: parsing, pipeline, and core job management stay at €0. No card on file, no surprise upgrade. Pro is €79 per month for one recruiter seat with the full evaluation stack. Team is €79 per seat per month with a minimum of three seats and a maximum of ten, and adds shared pipeline, bulk ranking, and team analytics. EU customers: VAT is added at checkout where applicable.
All candidate data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). KiwotHire is GDPR compliant from the ground up with full candidate privacy controls, right to deletion, and consent tracking. You own your data and can export or delete it at any time.
